Join us for an immersive day in the mountains of Alicante. Explore our vineyard, taste the wines crafted right here, and gather around the table for signature rice dishes made with local ingredients.

From land to table, discover a different side of Alicante.
THE ITINERARY
We begin with coffee and a walk through the vineyard, discovering our grape varieties, organic growing practices and what makes winemaking at 840 metres in the mountains of Alicante so unique.
Next, enjoy a guided tasting of Siete Bancales wines paired with local bites, followed by time to slow down, take in the views and enjoy the finca.
The highlight of the afternoon is a tasting menu of five paellas inspired by local flavours, prepared with Molino Roca rice and Umamix stock, served to share:
- Arroz a banda
- Traditional Valencian paella
- Rice with figatells with watermelon rind
- Rice with duck confit with foie gras and Jijona turrón
- Rice with pumpkin, leek and caramelised onion
As the sun sets, we'll gather again for an outdoor barbecue with fresh, seasonal ingredients.
Want to stay a little longer?
Spend the night in a converted wine barrel among the vines, under a sky full of stars.
Wake up among the vines, enjoy a slow morning at the finca, then gather for breakfast with local almond coca, Doris's homemade bread and regional specialities.

Elias brings the food to the table. Through Paellas Gourmet, he creates signature rice dishes inspired by Mediterranean flavours and local ingredients, made to be shared slowly with a glass of wine.
